You'll have slide the clip towards the tip to make it fit. It's easy. These are the best. I've tried most others. **Q: Does it work with the restasis multi drop bottle which is 5.5ml?** A: my bottle is 5 and it worked not sure about 5.5. I could not have done the drops for before and after cateract surgery without the two mumford guides.
