The chile rellenos casserole says to bake for 40 min. @ 425°F but it will burn if you cook it that long. I had to take out at the 30 min. mark when I noticed it was burning. Also want to note that the butter cookies are stupid sweet and could do without the 15 drops of stevia on top of the 1/4 cup erythritol. I would reduce to 5 drops next time or just remove all together. I guess my take away is use your best judgement when doing the recipes because it appears at least one of them was not proofed/tested very well. Could be more...Original: Only on page 11 but I already know this is a 5 star book. I love to watch Megha and Matt on YouTube. So many more recipes that i can make for the whole family. Plus easy to meal prep. Lots of useful info for beginning. Great meal plan. This is the kind of meal plan that just makes since. They plan on you having leftovers. You can use the same meat for the week and still make a different meal. You don't have to buy a ton of different ingredients.
