Review: 5 ⭐ wheels, but they need more color options! - I have been using Stealtho wheels for almost 2 years and I 100% recommend them, but there is one thing Stealtho needs to work on and it's unfortunately why I'm forced to go with a different brand on my new Haworth Fern (skip to the bad if you don't want to read me ramble through what I like about the wheels.) First, the good: The wheels look and feel noticably higher quality than any of the other rollerblade style wheels I've tried. And I LOVE that they lock, which is not a common feature on rollerblade casters. The locks aren't just there to check a box, either. They have a nice soft touch coating, their shape makes them easy to press with your foot, and they lock with a satisfying snap. They are as well-designed as the rest of the wheel. Next, the indifferent: Does the overengineering make a substantial difference in durability and performance or is it mostly just marketing? Honestly... probably the latter more than the former. But there is something something to be said for the appearance of quality. And Stealtho's pricing is right in line with their competitors, it's not like you're paying more for them (in some cases you're actually paying less.) No reason not to value premium quality when it comes without a premium price tag. Also the glow-in-the-dark wheels are... neat? Let's be honest, the cool factor comes from the blue wheels, not the fact that they (sort of) glow in the dark. I don't need Stealtho to go completely crazy with the colors, but some options besides "black frame with black wheels" or "black frame with blue wheels" would be appreciated. Something as simple as a matte gray or white paint job on the frame—or a niced brushed steel to contrast with the tacky chrome most cheap silver wheels use—with gray or white wheels would go a long way (I'd kill for orange wheels, but I'm not holding my breath.) It would also set them apart because the very few white or silver wheels with locks that exist use black locks and it looks cheap. That could help further cement Stealtho as a step above all the other rollerblade style office chair wheels out there. Just something for Stealtho to consider in case they see this.

**Q: Is it possible to buy a set with all brake wheels? I use an under desk cycle and want extra anchoring for my chair.**
A: With two wheels locked I would have no problem with pedaling an under desk cycle.  In contrast to another answer here, other than occasionally engaging one of the brakes by accident (my heel bouncing down on it) my brakes lock the wheels in place very well on a wooden floor.  Since the wheels swivel (not lockable) there is some play to the chair when trying to move the chair in a direction that would swivel the locked wheels.  For pedaling almost all the force is directly away from the pedals so there shouldn't be any noticeable swivel or play with two locked wheels.  I just tried locking both wheels and pivoting the chair around various ways and didn't notice wheel movement.

**Q: What's the difference between the two offered Stealtho wheels? Both appear to have near identical listings.**
A: The set for $39.99 includes 5 standard wheels The set for $45.99 includes 3 standard wheels +2 with brakes Wheels with brakes are important when you have an uneven floor at home and always need to fix your chair in one place. Have a great weekend!

**Q: Is there a way to get hair out of the wheels?  There is not a bolt to take the will off**

A: Best way to check and see if they will work is if you have an office chair swap the wheels.   These are for office chairs and stools, grills may have diferent style.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ BEST WHEELS EVER!

These are the best wheels I've ever used on my chairs! They're silent...and SO SMOOTH!!!! My old wheels have torn up my studio's hard wood floors and I'm having to redo the floors now. A client recommended these wheels and I'm in LOVE!!!! I've now since purchased the wheels for every chair in my studio!!! I originally bought the ones without stoppers. I ended up having to buy these 2 sets with stoppers because the chairs are SO SMOOTH now, that any incline or unleveled floor will make your chair come sliding into someone else's workspace. LOL My poor apprentice's chair keeps running into me while I'm working when she gets up out of her chair. So, I'm upgrading the chairs in the Tattoo room to avoid getting bumped into by her "phantom chair" while I'm tattooing. If my floor was level...I wouldn't have this problem. These new wheels solved that issue! These wheels have also been great over long cords. I've had to replace tattoo machine clip-cords in the past because my chair's old wheels would cut them up every time I accidentally ran them over. As you can also see by my second photo, my old wheels have caused the floor's finish to peel up and come off...forcing me to have to redo the floor's finish. These new wheels will protect your hardwood floors and keep them looking FABULOUS! So, if anything above applies to you...then these wheels will be your saving grace! They also GLOW IN THE DARK...so when the lights go out, you won't trip over them! I love them!!!
