I am really happy with this product!
The headline says it all. First, it was delivered very fast. The instructions were fantastic - they cover everything in a clear step-by-step manner. I was missing one plastic bolt (which did not really affect how the unit went together) and so I contacted the company. They immediately sent a complete set of replacements. The other reviewers mention about taking the time to make sure you have a stable foundation. While I do not think you need to go to the extent described in the instructions, it really does make a difference to have a level, stable base on which to locate your shed. I am lucky, in that I am a big guy, so I did not need two people to assemble the unit. I also did not need a rubber mallet as the instructions call for. But again, the instruction booklet is very careful and perhaps a bit conservative in how they detail the assembly, and between that and lousy instructions, I will take their method any day of the week. Once my shed was assembled, it has proven water tight and stable in high winds, even without anchoring the unit to the ground. I have mine located against a fence, and that helps protect it from the worst of the winds. If I had one recommendation, I would ask they they sell a shelf unit or some sort of storage rack as an option ready to go, although the instruction book outlines in a clear manner how to make a shelf from plywood and screws - I would think that using a shelf unit would make the entire shed more solid. I will likely make a shelf in the near future. Again, great product, I am extremely happy with it!

Perfect poolside storage.
I put this together alone in about 35 minutes. The weight is just enough that I needed another person to help me put it in place by the pool. We had very heavy rain the day after I put it outside and there was not a drop of water on the inside. The only negative that I found is that the latch could come down a little more to make it easier to get the padlock in. Beyond that it is great.

Perfect
We watched the YouTube and assembly was very easy. The unit holds both of our trash cans and looks great. The delivery was nice so we didn’t have to load it in our vehicle. The roof/lid raises and closes, to lock securely. The front doors open and are also locked when closed. Overall it’s perfect for our needs to hide those unsightly trash cans and keep them secured.

Assembling is the problem
This is a product that I would give 4.5 stars when fully assembled, but 3.5 stars because of the assembly process. The big problem for me was the 4 steel hinges. They DID NOT slide easily onto the plastic cylinders. They had to be forced onto the pin with a plastic hammer, and then I realized that this could twist off and break this plastic part of the hinges (pins) when opening. Also, one of the steel hinge-clamps would not tighten onto the side wall. I fixed the situation by clamping the steel hinge on a work table vice and then prying open the steel 'leaf' a bit on both ends with a small crow bar. Now the hinges could swivel easily and then could be clamped onto the walls without the whole assembly popping off every time the door opened. Also, the screws that clamp the steel hinges onto the walls were NOT easy to tighten with a standard #2 Philips screw driver. The side wall blocked the tightening process. I had to use an extra long screw driver, one that was sharp and hardly ever used and so had a good driving torque. Why didn't Suncast use hex bolts with which you could use a 90 degree hex tool to tighten? If the buyer could get through all these issues -- or be fortunate enough to get a unit with hinges that work without altering them -- then the finished product is a good one. Would not recommend this to a buyer who is not mechanically inclined.

Terrible - parts don't fit and can't contact seller for replacement parts
The size is good and it's easy to assemble, but but the build quality is pretty terrible. The hinges supplied with our shed don't quite fit the corresponding door sections (they are too small and therefore too tight). We got them on and mounted the doors, but because they are too tight, the doors fall off every time we open them as the hinges are 'fixed' in place and can't move around the plastic mounts. There seems to be no way to write to the supplier to ask for new parts and it is a massive hassle to return it. Do not buy unless you are prepared to modify the parts yourself to make them fit (something we cannot do!).

Does the job, easy access but keeps trash secure
This was very easy to assemble. Could have done solo, but due to size, it is nice to have 2 people. We use this as trash can storage. We recently moved into a new house. We live out in the country where we have a big Raccoon problem, so need secure storage. The previous owners had a trash bin that was falling apart behind the house. In addition to being unsightly, it was very inconvenient for taking the trash out, and even MORE inconvenient when time to take the trash down the road to the recycle center (no trash pick up here). It fits 2 nice sized round cans (each holds 3-4 13 gal kitchen garbage bags easily with lids closed) no problem. It is nice enough looking that we were able to put it right out in front of the garage. The color is generic enough that it shouldn't clash with most, and actually is a pretty close match for us. I really like the lid prop... I can open the top one handed and the prop falls into place. It does take 2 hands usually to close, as the prop needs a little nudge to 'un-prop' and slide back into closed position, but this is very easy to do, as by that time hands are empty. Also important to us was being able to easily lock it, as Raccoon will indeed open just about anything. This would not be bear proof though. We don't typically take the cans out, but sometimes they do get messy and require cleaning. It is very easy to open the top and then open the front door(s). There are ledges that you could use to put in a shelf, but I can't attest to that, as we haven't a need for such.

A very easy assembly, appears to be a good one !!!
We got the shed when Amazon lowered the price last month (we were tracking it on the Camel for about a year, its actually come down more since we bought it, considering getting another). We put it together yesterday and it went well. Was an easy assembly. It calls for two people and while I had someone helping me I think I could have done it myself. Instead of making the concrete or wood foundation that the instructions described we used pavers from Home Depot (the shed comes with its own floor). You need to realize there are two different sized screws, which is important. We didn't and had to back some of them out. In the end we were missing two of the shorter screws for the bar that attaches to the inside of the roof, but since the instructions call for seven that go across the bar, we just spaced the five we had across evenly and it worked just fine.
