Too detailed!
Too many intricate details on conditioning the seeds. I would bet many people do not follow the precise instructions. Also takes nearly 23 months to even hope you have positive result. May a lot of wasted time!

The tree was nice when I first got it. Then it died. It requires a lot of up keep did not know that before buying. Didn't do my research.
