This is a clever design that overcomes the problems with long resistance bands. You really do get the right weight with these. There are six bands (three on each side) and on the 120 lbs model I got, each one tests at 15-22 on a crane scale depending on how far you stretch it. They are easy to detach and reattach. The big downside with these is the soft handles which are uncomfortable and more ideal.
