Initially the plastic felt thick and durable. I was able to fit a full size mattress with a crib mattress in the full size bag. The twin mattress was alone in the twin bag. There was no room to give it a knot/closure, so I just tapped the end, which was fine with me. By the time we arrived in PA and after moving the mattresses a couple of times( from home to truck, truck to storage, storage to new home...) the bags had many holes on them and the mattresses were dirty. 😞I wish there was a handle on it to facilitate transportation.
