Fortunately, I found these Ondura things. Didn't want to work with metal, and I'm no pro at this sort of thing, so regular asphalt shingle wasn't going to cut the mustard. After I got the old roofing material off, and was down to the plywood, I put down some ice & water shield (and that was super easy.) Then it was time for these shingles. I did an overlay of 2 ridges, used a marker to make sure my lines were straight, and the whole shingling job was done in 2 hours. It was billed to outlast regular shingles. It did not live up to that.It is easy to use (even doing it solo) & looks great.
