Bitter but necessary!!!!!
Been great for lowering my diabetes levels but can't drink it on its own as too bitter so mix with some orange squash!!! Not put me off ordering more though.

Excellent product for the reduction of both Cholesterol and Blood Glucose only if you can tolerate the taste, it takes a while to get used to it.

Very light colour
and does not taste as bitter as the darker one. Maybe water was added the cap does not fit, meaning it has been open before . Wont return it but dont recomend. I bough many before, dark and the cap was unopened NOY HAPPY
