Very surprised. Have used many products over many years. This is a great product for scalp psoriasis. No awful smell, lathers nicely, no stinging on scalp, felt soothing action of scales/sore areas quickly. Did need to use a conditioner with this shampoo.

The shampoo’s effectiveness depends on the climate. It doesn’t work in a humid environment, but is effective in a dry climate.

I’ve been using this shampoo for several years, and it has made a noticeable difference in managing my scalp psoriasis. While it doesn’t completely eliminate every patch or flake, it significantly reduces flare-ups and keeps my scalp much more comfortable overall. Recently, I thought my scalp was doing well enough that I could stop using it, but that turned out to be a mistake(oops). Within a short time, my psoriasis flared up again and became extremely uncomfortable. After purchasing another bottle and starting back up, I’ve already noticed improvement. If you’re looking for a shampoo that helps control scalp psoriasis symptoms, I think this one is definitely worth trying. Just keep in mind that, at least in my experience, it helps manage the condition rather than completely clear it.

I have struggled with pretty bad psoriasis since I was a teenager. I never knew what it really was until I was about 18, so I kept using you regular cheap shampoo and conditioner, and it absolutely wrecked my scalp. I was constantly dealing with head pains, scabs, deep wounds and bleeding all the time. I was also super insecure about this, so I never let anyone touch my hair or scalp, wouldn't even go to the hairdresser for years. Finally at 22 I started using shampoo for psoriasis to see if maybe it would help me. What a god send. After some months my scalp completely healed. It worked pretty much overnight, and I have never went back to normal shampoo again. I started using the Neutrogena one for a year, until I found this product. It has more product, even if a bit pricier, I still get more out of my buck. It's incredibly effective, doesn't really have a smell or weird color. It foams up really nicely which I enjoy. When you want to use it as a shampoo and conditioner, I would suggest leaving the shampoo lather on while using a brush to detangle, if you wash your hair out before brushing, the hair will be too dry. It really is amazing how this has cured my bad psoriasis. I myself have to wash my hair everyday so that I don't get any scabbing at all, but everyone is different. Test it out and see what works for you. 100% recoomend.

I’ve always been chronically flaky on the scalp and this shampoo is the only thing that helps me. I will order it over and over again. I’ve tried all the dandruff shampoos and this is the only one that leaves me flake free. I use it daily and usually let it sit in my hair for a couple minutes before rinsing. It leaves my hair feeling very clean and shiny. It doesn’t really have a scent at all. I’ve noticed since I’ve started using this that if I switch shampoo for a day or two i’ll still be relatively flake free but eventually the flakes do come back so I stick with this shampoo.

I have psoriasis and I am usually a little flaky. Nothing terrible, but it gets worse depending on my diet and sometimes I just want to eat bad things (in my case, red food coloring is a huge trigger) like maraschino cherries and thai iced tea (red food coloring is in a surprising number of things.) This shampoo does clear the flakes but after using it consistently for a few months I think I over did it. I started using it once a week, switching back and forth between my regular shampoo, but then I got lazy and just started mixing it in with my regular shampoo. I wash my hair every other day so it was a lot. I think this stripped my scalp because it became insanely itchy over time and eventually started breaking out. I almost never get itchy bumps on my scalp so I knew something was up. I treated it with an antibacterial ointment meant for folliculitis and switched to a calming shampoo and everything resolved. I would still recommend this product but don't over-do it. Save it for bad flare ups or special events. I've also since tried another psoriasis shampoo and I've had just as much flake clearance but none of the itch, so if your scalp is sensitive maybe skip this one and try another.

I’ve had scalp psoriasis for years and sometimes it flares pretty badly. When I was going through chemo and radiation I started to lose my hair, but my hairdresser couldn’t buzz it due to the scaling. Found this shampoo and figured I didn’t have anything else to lose so I gave it a try. I am so glad I did! It cleared my scalp so quickly! I’ve continued to use it as my normal daily shampoo as it cleans well and has a light conditioner.

Why did you pick this product vs others?: This was recommended on the scalp psoriasis page and it lives up to it's reputation, super effective. I have been struggling for a bit and finally decided to try this shampoo. I wish I would have sooner as I had a noticeable difference after only 1 wash. only negative is that the conditioner component wasn't great but I just used my own conditioner after using this as shampoo. Left my hair silky and smooth. Will continue to use! It's also not expensive which is a plus. I was definitely expecting to pay more for a medicated shampoo.

Ni en los comentarios, no en la descripción comentan sobre el efecto secundario del producto del cual solo me lo he puesto 2 veces me ha provocado tinitus del cual no me deja dormir, aparte toda la etiqueta viene en inglés viola la ley mexicana
