I have a collection of CDs and when my package came in of Russ's Zoo album I was beyond excited. That excitement ended when I opened the package and I found the case was cracked. What's worse is that I can't even return it. Shaking my damn head. I'll be okay if some Amazon employee helps me or something but until then I'm an unhappy buyer.
