Instead, I got a phone cover showing a brand new looking door, wrong door knocker, and the door knob is on the wrong side of the door. I wanted the product that's displayed, not some generic door that they think will pass as what's displayed for sale. Also, there is no soft silicone on this case; it's all hard plastic. I will be returning this imposter.It's now been about a week since I wrote the previous words. I sent my complaint regarding the wrong case, and I was immediately contacted by Graphicpals within 24 hours. They were quick to respond saying there was a mix-up in the one I received and the one on display. Both the supplier and Amazon sent me messages regarding this order and quickly sent out a replacement which I promptly received 3 days after their acknowledgement of the mishap. I am revising my one-star rating to a five due to awesome customer service, and getting the correct phone case so quickly!The phone case is just like the one on "Sherlock", an old door, with a long, rectangular door knocker (it's even slightly off-centered because John Watson uses it to pull the door shut)...and the door knob is on the correct side of the door. The only fault I find with this case is the button over the power button could be made thicker; I have to press it a little harder to turn off my iPhone than usual, a hitch I'm willing to overlook. The picture is accurate--the weather-beaten door from BBC's SHERLOCK is spot on--the knocker is even slightly crooked like they mention in the show. The case as an iPhone protector also works exceptionally well; I have now accidentally dropped my phone 2 or 3 times from table/waist height onto a hard tile floor and it has not effected the case or my phone at all.
