When I moved in with my BF I was mortified to realize I snored so seriously and I've tried many nose straps and gimmicks that haven't worked until this product. It's a headpiece that you wear and it's more comfy that it seems. The fabric is breathable and soft, the tag is on the outside so no scratches on the face! You hardly notice it after minute or two which is great because sleep remains comfy for both myself and my SO. I was hoping it would help a little with my TMJ and I've woken up less sore the past 3 nights so there's a bonus.
