I was a little concerned about the quality based on some of the reviews, and I haven't worn these much yet to be able to put them to the test, but my initial impression is that they are good quality. The rubber is not thick and heavy, which is what I was looking for. They feel more sleek and not as clunky as some rain boots. Yet the rubber feels substantial, not thin or flimsy. The shaft is narrow, and I have thin calves and have trouble finding boots that fit.
