Overall I am impressed with the product. I was so impressed I bought two more. Review: Had to return after less than a day of use. (Updated 6-18-21) - I really want to like this camera. It takes decent 360° photos with only minor stitching artifacts. The video is less impressive, but I didn't expect much at this price point. My main use is for shooting 360° location photos. The photos look great, but after less than a day of use, the power button stuck and wouldn't power on the camera. After a reset, the camera powered back on once, and I had to leave it on and charge it in my car to assure the battery didn't run down between locations. After I returned home, no amount of pressing the reset button would power on the camera. Returned and have a replacement on the way. I'll update the review once I get the replacement. Update- desertcart replaced the defective unit quickly. I used the replacement camera on 4 separate days over the course of a week. The power button on this camera has worked flawlessly. It takes great photos and I can say I am very satisfied with the replacement. I have uploaded the photos to both Facebook and Google Street View and they are recognized as 360° photos. This is why I had to come back and change my review to 4 stars. I think for the price, most users will be very happy with the results from this camera. Second Update 6/18/2021 After using the replacement camera very little over the past 6 months, I need to update my review. I wouldn't purchase this camera. I took it out on a short hike in late May 2021. When I turned the camera on, it wouldn't power down using the power button. It became very hot and I was afraid it would catch fire, it was so hot. I finally had to let the battery discharge before it was made safe. Since it is still under the 1-year warranty, I used the contact form on the company website to send a request for an RA number to return it for warranty work. No Response! After waiting a week, I sent an e-mail to the company support e-mail address. It has been over another week and still no response. This is terrible customer service and after the failure of 2 units I can't recommend anyone purchase this camera. The power button needs a total redesign, and customer service is totally AWOL. We will be adding a "bundle" to Amazon soon. I believe we just spoke on the phone in regard to these questions. Granted, it's not the greatest camera in the world. In low light it has a lot of graininess; so much that at first I thought I had a ton of dead pixels. But it's fine in the daylight. It does support the resolutions advertised. That said, I've taken to calling it "The Webcam of 3D Action Cameras". It's definitely nothing to write home about. And the company is out of business, so you won't be getting any updates. You CAN still get firmware updates from their website (and you will need the latest one to get the PC connection to work). Also, there is a utility (its' just an empty file you put on the SD card) that tells the camera to work as a webcam. But, you can either do one or the other, so to get back into normal mode you have to delete the file on the SD card (you'll need a card reader to do that). Battery life is pretty short, but it will last long enough to fill up a 64gig memory card (which is about 30 minutes of video @4k). Compression leaves something to be desired, but it's still better than what I was expecting (at $65 I was expecting it to make AVI files). And there is a little door on the bottom that covers the sd card and the power connector, that if you use a standard tripod will be covered; meaning that you won't be able to run it from USB without an adapter. And they advertise said adapter on their website ($14.99 for a little aluminum riser). But you can't get it because the company is out of business. BUT... If you spin the big fat nut off of the little bendy tripod they give you, and replace it with a standard nut, then there is plenty of room for the door to open.
