**Q: How do you use the release button?**
A: slide release button to the left and pull the paper out of the back.. I only had to use it once, something got stuck in machine.

**Q: Does this come with any sheets?**
A: Yes, it came with 10 laminate sheets.

**Q: I Purchase this laminator July of 2019 and it stopped working what can I do - it says it has an 18 month warranty?**
A: If it has a 18-month warranty on it and you have the receipt, I would contact the company to see if they can tell you how to correct the problem or maybe replace the machine for you.

**Q: Just trying to confirm, this device would be able to heat laminate laminating sheets of 10 mm width?**
A: When you go to purchase it it will let you know what sheets it uses and you pick one.
