All it does is make noise, whine, pant, or bark, and the eye just change according to how the dog feel. The dog has wheels, but it didn't have a hook for a leash... that didn't make sense. I guess they want the kids to push the dog like a car or something. The dog does not move at all so its pretty much just a regular toy and not really interactive. Overall, I think I paid a fair price for its function.
