Unlike other companies, these seems to have thread lock on the caps making them extremely hard to remove. One plug came apart and the cap never unscrewed. I had to return them for replacements.As for performance, these are not a good choice for Gs500's. They cause lots of mis-firing. Maybe the internal capacitor needs more voltage to fire reliably. Maybe the spark plug caps need their internal resistors removed for more power to the plug.I put them in a couple GS500's and wondered why the engine was missing and knocking. I put other plugs in and the engines went back to normal.I found that Brisk or Powermadd plugs perform extremely well in GS500's. Even stock NGK irridium plugs perform better than Pulstar plugs.I have a few GS500's and have tried the various plugs in all of them and find the results to be the same. Running installed in a 1997 quadrunner lt160. Don't let the appearance of the spark fool you at cranking time. Most of the performance on this model is felt in the upper rpm range of the engine. Starting is more consistent all together. Engine runs smoother. Seems to have increased the low end torque too.
