It was a quarter of the price I paid for an expensive Plantronics and better. Callers said the Plantronics had a far away echo and not good quality. This bluetooth is good sound quality to me, not quite perfect to someone I call, however, it's way better than the expensive Plantronics. I've been told it has a slight distant sound but still good for them to hear. For the less expensive cost, I think it's great. It's small and compact and fits my ear better, comfortable, descent sound quality, easy to set up and pair and works well with my Samsung S22 Ultra. I especially like the volume control on the bluetooth device rather than rely on volume controlled by the phone. The new phone systems do not have good bluetooth volume when controlled by the phone. This bluetooth solved that problem for me with its own volume control. I am very pleasantly surprised with this less expensive bluetooth. I get very hot working hard in the heat and humidity. I lost my last earpiece because of sweat. I have used this earpiece for about a month in the heat and in light rain, and I've had no issues. I'm also very impressed with the battery life. I can turn the earpiece on at the beginning of my shift and not worry about it losing battery until after I've finished for the day. Even when I have long conversations, or listen to pod casts or music while driving for long periods between my stops. I have received no complaints from people I talk to, other than they have had to actually turn their volume down because I come across loud and clear on their end.
