Histology for Pathologists

It’s great book very detailed high quality, great for pathology residents who practice histology slides on regular routines great book for studying properly!!!

The paper used to print this book is so thin. It is literally the thickness of tissue paper or the thin paper that some bibles use. Not only that, the ink is so faded and poor in quality (probably done to prevent it from bleeding through the thin paper or to save money). The pictures are harder to see and the print is harder to read. Seriously, do not waste your time.

The book and the contents are really good but it is bothersome to carry it around due to its weight.

The content is outstanding, and amazingly helpful for me as a first year resident to understand normal and the variations of. However, this book appeared used. The cover and binding was damaged which is unacceptable in a textbook that costs this much.

The images in the textbook have terrible quality. I purchased this book to gain an understanding of histology with pathology- the title is a misnomer. This is just a regular histology textbook demonstrating normal histology. The chapter on the heart doesn't even include an MI. I think my foundational histology textbook even demonstrated what to expect histologically with an MI. If you want a regular book on foundational histology, this might be fine. If you want a step above undergrad, look elsewhere.

Hardcover came half attached and ripped. Pages in decent shape but the cover was not salvageable, huge bummer for how expensive it is!
