It's been an essential addition to my new computer. The only bad thing is that it seems to drain the battery if you just leave it in (which I do since I use a second monitor and utilize the HDMI port). I guess I didn't realize that the computer has to power it separately. Maybe all adapters do this and I just didn't know, but I will say that it drains my new Macbook pro 2019 in less than an hour. While it is made of plastic, it is a very hard and durable plastic that honestly imitates a metal feel pretty well. The product feels like it has some weight to it, giving it a high-quality feel.The ports all work perfectly. Not much to say here, it either works or it doesn't. In the case of my iHaper it works perfectly.The 2 USBC plug design is wonderful. It fits in snug and doesn't wiggle around when I use it.
