He was Paul Bunyan, and she was his trusted companion Babe the Blue Ox. Our dog is a chocolate poodle. I was a bit worried about the color showing, but was pretty pleased with the boldness of the blue color we got. It seemed like we were just spraying hairspray on her, so I didn't worry about toxicity. It was just one evening.Before it dries, the paint does rub off on surfaces. She brushed up against a wall on our deck, and left a blue smudge. It wasn't really hard to clean, but it wasn't particularly easy either. Like any airborne colorant- avoid using this anywhere you care about. Treat it like you would spray paint.Once dried, the color held up fine for a round of trick-or-treating. When she got home, a few passes of vigorous petting knocked most the color off.
