Has thick padding so lappi can rest easy and looks breathable which allows for heat in laptop to vent out easily. Water resistance is questionable as other end of zip is thin in my eyes and doesn't has anything resembling water resistant material inside or out. Overall 3 for wrong discrption of product rest is good.
