Fry Pan

This behaves pretty much like other high-quality SS-clad aluminum pans. It heats up fairly quickly, cooks evenly, and the handle stays cool. It cleans easily if you deglaze properly. I've seen complaints about discoloration, but this is easily avoided by not overheating. Minor discoloration can be removed by cleaning with a light spray of 50% strength white vinegar.

Another Le Creuset Home Run! We use it every day! So thankful to have found a healthy alternative to the dangerous non-stick pans with their toxic coatings; having a safe kitchen for my family is so important to me. Just season it periodically with oil to mitigate sticking, and you’re good to go! Love it so much that we ordered another one in a different size! Don’t hesitate to invest in this for your family’s health. Plus, it’s so durable it will last a lifetime!

Bellísimo sartén, apenas lo vamos a estrenar

This was a gift for a family member. It arrived promptly and well packaged. She said it was just perfect for what she wanted.

Doesn’t live up to the price and promises. Very unhappy with it. Doesn’t heat even.

Firstly, this is Not an all-purpose toss it in the dishwasher Teflon pan. Using it requires a different technique. I use non-stick pans for omelettes but stainless or cast iron is the only thing for pan fried chicken, steak, or pork chops. Sear each side then finish in a hot oven. With very even heating, no hot spots, it is perfect for making a sauce after the meat is removed. The pan evenly distributes heat and does not deform when hot. It's a truly professional grade tool and priced accordingly. Clean thoroughly with Barkeeper's Friend, avoid the dishwasher. Treat it well and this pan will last for generations.

Tenía detalles de apariencia leve, una pequeña mancha, pero en buen estado y funcionalidad adecuada

HELLO IT'S GREAT LOOKING PAN. THE ONLY PROBLEM, I ASSUMED IT WAS MADE IN FRANCE! NO MADE IN PORTUGAL, IT SHOULD HAVE BEEN MENTIONED!!! THANKS

Warped on the first heat. Wouldn't lay flat on a glass top afterwards. The pan heats quite evenly though.
