I installed it on a Duramax LMM and all it does is down shift the transmission. I called tech support and they said it only applies very little braking action and it is impossible to tell if the variable vanes are working without taking it to a mechanic and have them test the back pressure. Then they made all kinds of disclaimers that it is only intended for a lightweight trailer not a heavy trailer. The Duramax Trailer mode works much better than this product. Stay a way for it. ### ⭐ Get a banks speed break.
