We use these in our office for iPad presentations. We have had many and the always disappear for some reason. I purchased 2 of these and they are total fakes. After spending 30 min doing system checks we called our IT director and upon arrival he supplies a real converter and the system worked. When compared side to side they look identical but when the 2 in question DO NOT WORK. We tried them in numerous configurations and none of them would work.
