A: It is as described....a stuffer pillow.  This goes inside a pillow cover.  Just match up the measurements of both pillow & cover for proper fit.

**Q: Can these EvZ pillows be used outdoors?**
A: It all depends on how you are going to use the pillow outdoors. The pillow insert is very soft and comfortable. I use it as a throw pillow for the sofa.

**Q: Where is this product made?**
A: We used it to stuff a Christmas gift. So I don’t have it . My recollection was China or vietnam
