**Q: What kind of inputs are on the rear?  RCA or XLR?  Does it pass through audio when powered off?**
A: It uses RCA connectors. Not sure if it passes through audio wen powered off cause I use this for the lights in my studio.

**Q: How do you hook this unit up ?**
A: RCA plugs a pair for input and a pair to output.

**Q: Can the sensitivity be adjusted so that 90db would show red instead of green?**
A: Yes. By adjusting the "adjuster knob" located at the right of the device. Use a small size Phillips screwdriver and turn the knob very slowly as the DB level is very sensitive (clockwise or counter)  do this for each channel.

**Q: Can the rack handle be detached ?**
A: you must attach the ears to use a rack mount first
