For reference I am 36c (usually med-large tops/bras). The “heart” shape was my fav and definitely the more dramatic of the two. (The other is “massage” kind- still good but less lift)Honestly, if it were up to me, I would have it even thicker. But this product still gets my 5 stars on account of being FAR better quality/lift than the old bra pads I have falling apart. I was so stoked to revive my old bras, I used to stack 2 normal pads. About to order even more! The sewing seems very nice and sturdy as well.Shoutout to the review that referred to the heart shape as “obscene 80s style lift”.
