Review: I like this and will reorder - I like this and will reorder Review: this globe is still a beautiful addition to any room or office - Although I did not pay attention to size when I ordered it, this globe is still a beautiful addition to any room or office. I actually bought it to put in an office, so it being smaller than typical globes is not a real issue. The wooden stand is high quality. There are lots of details on the map itself. It turns easily on its base, and is not top heavy or unstable at all. Truly a beautiful piece with lots of detail! ## Features - TRADITIONAL BROWN WORLD GLOBE: This globe works beautifully in rooms with a traditional vintage decor aesthetic, blending rich textures, warm hues, and classic details for timeless sophistication - MANGO WOOD GLOBE DECOR: The brown educational/geographic earth globe is crafted from durable mango wood, plastic, and iron, ensuring durability and style - BROWN GLOBE ON A STAND MATTE FINISH: Round world globe features a multicolored topographical map, accented by a black axis with brass finials, and is set on a rich brown base with a matte finish - ROUND DECORATIVE GLOBE FOR LIVING ROOM: This mango wood globe boasts a beautifully spinning orb with an intricate map print, resting on a semicircular axis atop a turned wooden stand - SMALL SIZE DECORATIVE GLOBE FOR OFFICE: The brown mango wood globe measures 9L x 8W x 13.10H inches, and weighs 1.45 lbs ## Technical Specifications | Specification | Value | |---------------|-------| | ASIN | B009D4VR10 | | Base Material | Wood | | Best Sellers Rank | #326,390 in Toys & Games ( See Top 100 in Toys & Games ) #251 in Geographic Globes | | Brand | deco 79 | | Brand Name | deco 79 | | Color | Brown | | Customer Reviews | 4.0 out of 5 stars 414 Reviews | | Finish Type | Matte | | Global Trade Identification Number | 00758647381159 | | Included Components | Traditional Mango Wood Globe | | Item Diameter | 8 inches | | Item Highlight | Educational/Geographic Earth World Map Decorative World Globe With Multicolored Continents World Globe | | Item Part Number | 38115 | | Item Type Name | Educational, Geographic, Modern Desktop Decoration - for School, Home, and Office | | Item Weight | 1.8 pounds | | Manufacturer | Deco 79 | | Map Type | nautical | | Material | Mango Wood | | Model Number | 38115 | | Number of Items | 1 | | Number of Packs | 1 | | Part Number | 38115 | | UPC | 758647381159 | | Unit Count | 1 Count | | Warranty Description | No Warranty | ## Product Details - **Brand:** Deco 79 - **Color:** Brown - **Item Weight:** 1.81 Pounds - **Map Type:** nautical - **Material:** Mango Wood ## Images ![Deco 79 Mango Wood Globe with Wood Base, 9" x 8" x 13", Brown - Image 1](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/81AX7ugUXeL.jpg) ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I like this and will reorder *by D***8 on June 12, 2026* I like this and will reorder ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ this globe is still a beautiful addition to any room or office *by G***R on January 29, 2016* Although I did not pay attention to size when I ordered it, this globe is still a beautiful addition to any room or office. The only issues we have were that the maps appeared to be a little mismatched (lines are a little off where the pieces connect, and the font looks a little different on the corresponding parts), but it's hardly noticeable if you're looking for a nice decorative (versus educational) piece. ## Frequently Bought Together - Deco 79 Mango Wood Globe with Wood Base, 9" x 8" x 13", Brown - Blue Orchards Decorative Travel-Themed Paperboard Boxes (Set of 3) – Small Suitcase-Style Storage for Keepsakes, Crafts, Mementos, Miniature Prop-Style Luggage --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - πŸ›’ **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** β€” Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** β€” Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - πŸ’° **No Hidden Fees** β€” All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - πŸ”„ **15-Day Free Returns** β€” Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - πŸ”’ **Secure Payments** β€” Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** β€” Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.co.uk/products/10006599-deco-79-mango-wood-globe-with-wood-base-9-x](https://www.desertcart.co.uk/products/10006599-deco-79-mango-wood-globe-with-wood-base-9-x) --- *Product available on Desertcart United Kingdom* *Store origin: GB* *Last updated: 2026-10-30*
