The problem is the crystal knob breaks off very easy. I even tried to glue the knob back on but it just fell of again. If this is not the problem, the knob falls apart at the metal part that holds the knob to the door. The other problem is that the lock part of the door comes unscrewed and falls to the floor. This somestimes leaves the door locked with out being able to get in. We have had to break into our own home just to get into the bathroom. So there are several flaws in the knob.
