I was FLOORED when I opened up the package!  It was LITERALLY on glossy photo paper and looked like someone just printed off something they randomly found online!  I was very disappointed!!!

Was left outside and also didn’t come with ribbon or assembled. Also from the picture I was disappointed it didn’t come with a single balloon.also disappointed with cost of product considering what I received.
