So they sent an entire replacement pack! They were responsive and thoughtful and quick to fix the problem. And as a customer you can’t ask for more. Thanks to them. They have a warm vintage color temperate, and the glass is slightly coppered. They are also the most linear and accurately dimmable Led bulb I have ever encountered. At 5%,they're on, but just barely, at 40% they're enough to light a room like a large candle, at 55% they light well, but are not harsh or bright, at 100% they are very bright, but not blinding.
