We are a mixed French family and eat a lot of French food and this is the closest we have found to a traditional French Dijon mustard. Edit - I have revised this review. We've concluded that it is far too hot to qualify as Dijon and is really just an English mustard with a beige colour. The result of which is that for plate use as opposed to cooking, we need a different and better quality Dijon. Taste matters. I use a clean jar and decant it as I need. I've had my Coleman's English for two years and it still blows your head off. **Q: What life can I expect on the Colman’s Mustard** A: I've had mine 2 years and its as good now as when I bought it.
